Celebrating Freedom, Creativity and Togetherness at Insperme

This Independence Day, Team Insperme came together to celebrate the spirit of freedom through creativity, reflection, knowledge and teamwork. The thoughtfully planned activities made the occasion meaningful while bringing energy, enthusiasm and patriotic pride to the workplace.

The celebration began with a themed desk-decoration competition. Team members were divided into three groups and given themes highlighting India’s diversity, culture and inspiring women. From a handcrafted tricolour map of India to detailed displays of the country’s cultural heritage, every team brought its theme to life with imagination and collaboration.

The “Women of India” team emerged as the winner for its inspiring presentation celebrating remarkable Indian women while also including its own team members as part of the story. The entries were judged by our CEO, Mr. Manoj Chandra, based on creativity, presentation, teamwork and relevance to the theme.

The next activity was the Freedom Wall, created around one powerful question: “What does freedom mean to you?” Every team member shared a personal thought—ranging from safety and independence to self-expression and the ability to make one’s own choices. Participants read their responses aloud and explained what inspired them, turning the activity into a meaningful conversation about the many ways freedom is experienced in everyday life.

To remember the sacrifices and contributions of India’s national heroes, the team also participated in a Freedom Fighters Quiz. Through engaging clues and questions, everyone revisited important moments and personalities from India’s freedom movement. Akshat won the quiz with his knowledge and enthusiastic participation.

A blindfolded marching challenge added fun and laughter to the celebration. Participants marched to the beat of patriotic music while attempting to remain within their marked positions. Sanjana won the challenge by successfully maintaining her position throughout the activity.

Creativity remained at the heart of the occasion with a special Independence Day brand-creative competition. Team members submitted campaigns developed for their respective brands, which were evaluated for originality, visual appeal and brand relevance. Nikita’s entry stood out and earned her the Best Brand Independence Day Creative award.

The activities were followed by an award ceremony, during which Mr. Manoj Chandra recognised the winners and appreciated the enthusiasm shown by the entire team. He also addressed the gathering and shared his thoughts on what freedom means in 2026, emphasising that true freedom must be accompanied by awareness, responsibility and respect for others.

The celebration concluded on a proud and heartfelt note as everyone came together to sing Vande Mataram and the National Anthem, followed by cheerful conversations and festive refreshments.

More than an office celebration, the day became a reminder of India’s journey, the value of individual expression and the strength of working together. It beautifully reflected the spirit of Team Insperme—a workplace where ideas are encouraged, creativity is celebrated and every contribution matters.

Jai Hind!
